Sunday Afternoon RacesThere will be three Sunday afternoon WINCHES races during the summer. While the objective is for the boats to be skippered and crewed by women only, men will be allowed on the boats for the first two races, if desired. If men are on board, a handicap may be imposed on the boat's elapsed time for the race. The details of this approach are still being formulated. Sunday race skipper's meetings are at 11:30 AM, with races starting at 1:00 PM. |

Thursday Evening Sailing GroupThursday evening informal women's sailing group, where women meet at the docks, divide up on boats, and sail together. This year we will add a skills training component to several of the Thursday outings. These will occur the two Thursdays before each upcoming Sunday afternoon WINCHES race. Thursday evening gathering time is 6:30 PM. |
